By placing an order with The Boo Box, you agree to the following terms.

Products
The Boo Box is a seasonal mystery gift product. The exact Halloween-themed mystery item, design and presentation may vary between orders. Promotional images may include concept imagery and are intended to represent the general style and experience of the product rather than the exact item you will receive.

Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. As The Boo Box is a limited seasonal drop, we may stop accepting orders if stock or our ability to fulfil orders before Halloween becomes limited.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Urban New Zealand delivery is included where stated. Additional charges, including rural delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is confirmed.

Mystery Items
Part of The Boo Box experience is the surprise. Specific mystery items, characters, colours or designs cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Personalised Messages
Customers are responsible for ensuring personalised messages and delivery details submitted with an order are accurate and appropriate. We may decline to include content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to courier networks and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for our Halloween dispatch dates and delivery information.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
