Shipping & Delivery

The Boo Box is a limited seasonal Halloween drop, available while stocks last.

Halloween Pre-Orders & Dispatch
Orders placed by 21 October 2026 will be included in our main Halloween dispatch, scheduled to begin from 22–23 October 2026.

Orders placed after 21 October will still be accepted while stock is available. We’ll dispatch these as quickly as possible and do our best to get your Boo there before Halloween, however delivery before Halloween cannot be guaranteed for later orders.

New Zealand Delivery
Urban New Zealand delivery is included in the advertised price of your Boo Box.

Rural addresses incur an additional $6 rural delivery charge per purchased Boo Box pack at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

2 & 3 Boo Bundles
Our 2 Boo and 3 Boo bundles are priced for delivery together to one address. If you’d like to Boo people at different addresses, please place separate orders.

Bulk Orders & Local Pickup
Planning to Boo a workplace, school, team or larger group? Contact us before ordering. Depending on the quantity and delivery requirements, we may be able to offer bulk pricing, combined delivery or Auckland pickup.

Tracking
Where tracking is provided, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
